Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, on pieces that are unworn and unwashed with their tags intact.

To start a return, contact support@moslini.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange pickup where our courier serves; otherwise, please courier the piece back to us.

Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via mobile financial services or bank transfer.

Custom-tailored blouse pieces and altered garments cannot be returned.
